This Commercial complex is located in Madipakkam,Chennai.The area of the project is around 4000sft builtup. It Multibrand complex with brand stores and utility boutiques.The design sought to represent the corporate image of the company. The building's prime location demanded the new structure's design with its Facade projecting the company's image as well as the requirements of the commercial or retail establishments that would occupy the space, in a modern and sleek design. Vertical louvers of square and rectanbge profiles were sourced . This is designed to break the horizontality of the structure. Aluminium composite panels used in cladding the elevation. The site being located on the commercial strip of the locality, posed regular complications for the material procurement and storage processes. These were solved with prior planning and effective site management.
