Project Description

The landscape project of around 400sft area for a high-end residence in Chennai. It was designed to have a harmonious relationship with the existing residence. Clean symmetrical lines dominate the design language of this modern, bungalow\'s landscape situated in a warm-humid climatic zone. The design integrates landscape features that facilitate natural ventilation and to keep the temperature low within the living spaces. It is planned with water cascades and automated watering and irrigation systems. The construction involved procuring different materials from stones of over 25 varieties to landscaping plants and grass. The functional systems were planned and integrated during the design stage, making it more effective for day-to-day useage post-construction. The plumbing and lighting consultants worked with the design team and the execution team to produce a high quality work, within the specified timeframe.
